As you may know, every correctional facility has it's own unique rules and regulations. Please verify with your loved ones correctional facility to ensure that greeting cards are accepted.

Returns
If your order is returned by the correctional facility due to a rules violation, a refund will NOT be issued.
For any other reason, we will do an evaluation and work with you to re-send.
